Fruit Press

At least every one I know that has made wine any length of time has wanted a grape / fruit press. But once you checkout the prices of one new, or the price of a working antique sticker shock drives folks back to prepackage juices. It's really a shame because the best wines I've had come from small vintners.

So I set out to build a fruit press after my grape vines started maturing and showering me with the goodness of homegrown organic grapes. Being of Scotch and Black Dutch descent I really hate paying inflated prices for something I can build myself. Especially if I already have the items and materials in house, or garage.
